A couple of examples: for a small beauty e-commerce, I built a CRM from scratch — customer database, segmentation, automated email campaigns — that now manages hundreds of contacts and has sent thousands of emails. For a fitness & wellness studio, I built the lead-capture system and lead strategy. I work on video editing, and on social content strategy and ideation. I also write articles and editorial content for brands and online outlets.
My work combines data analytics, marketing operations and content creation: from the spreadsheet to the campaign, from writing to editing.
